About Jennifer

Jennifer Gay Summers is an author and freelance writer whose work has appeared in many popular anthologies and magazines.  Her first book is written in collaboration with her father, gifted veteran screenwriter, John Gay, Any Way I Can; 50 Years in Show Business.

Jennifer started at Whole Life Times magazine, where she was a regular news contributor and proofer.  She currently freelances on the editorial staff.  Her focus shifted to parenting articles and personal essays about her daughter and pets. 

Jennifer acted and modeled for fifteen years, appearing under her maiden name, Jennifer Gay, on television, commercials, and print ads.  She is currently at work on a screenplay with writing partner, Margaret Serich, and a collection of essays, Chasing Julianne.

She lives in Southern California with her veterinarian who just happens to be her husband, daughter Julianne, and a lot of pets.
